1. Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Monique Zmuda at 9:05 a.m.

2. Approval of minutes
Motion to approve the minutes of March 6, 2008 and March 14, 2008
as amended. All in favor.
3. Discussion of COIT IT Budget Requests
Mr. Walton provided copies of the DRAFT Technology Equipment Study. It was briefly discussed the need for every department to track equipment and software to be able to replace equipment when obsolete.
The Sub-Committee reviewed the following Department IT Budget Requests:
- Police (POL)
- Public Health (DPH)
- Public Library (LIB)
- Public Utilities Commission (PUC)
- Recreation and Park Commission (REC)
- Airport Commission (AIR)
- Assessor/Recorder (ASR)
- City Attorney (CAT)
- City Planning (CPC)
- District Attorney (DAT)
- General Services Agency – City Administrator (ADM)
- General Services Agency – Public Works (DPW)
- Human Services Agency (DSS)
- Juvenile Probation (JUV)
The Sub-Committee agreed to discuss the following Department's IT Requests at the next meeting:
- Committee on Information Technology (COIT)
- Emergency Management (DEM)
- General Services Agency – Telecom & Info Services (TIS)
- Human Resources (HRD)
To finish discussing the Department's Project IT Requests another meeting will be scheduled on Monday, March 31st in the morning.
Mr. Walton will reformat the COIT Planning and Budgeting Sub-Committee discussion of FY 08-09 IT projects and will e-mail to all members.
